Professional experience
	Stream International     Carrollton, Texas Internet Support Technician Internet technical support for a National Help Desk. I do a lot of work with people on the phone guiding them through troubleshooting steps. I have to meet certain requirements each month. (Call times, Wrap time, etc.) It can be a stressful job, but I find it easy I only wish that I could be more challenged. I have learned the ins and outs of this job within the span of 2 ½ months. I would like to learn more and gain more experience.
Objective

	When I was still in school, I was involved in: Senior Exec. , Student Counsel, Theater, Technical Theater, Was the Director of the Men's Choir, Yearbook, and Newspaper.
